Urban Building Projects Ltd is a building company catering for both residential and commercial customers in the North West, South Manchester and the wider Cheshire area. We are a family run firm of reliable, expert builders based in Warrington, who employ organised and efficient working practices that enable us to deliver high quality results every time.
Our customer relationships are built on mutual trust and real value for money. An open, honest and straightforward approach means that we are also well respected by building professionals such as architects and structural engineers in Cheshire and throughout the North West, who find us easy to work with.
We run a team of 50 experienced specialists, and a fleet of liveried vehicles. Our skilled construction workers are backed up by a well organised administrative team who are adept at the unenviable task of making sure that staff, equipment and raw materials are provided for each project at precisely the right time and in the right quantities.
We always operate clean, tidy and safe building sites with thorough adherence to the necessary health and safety precautions, and with the highest respect for our customers’ property. All of our workers are CRB checked, drive liveried vehicles and carry identification, ensuring your peace of mind at all times.

Our History
The Urban team are proud to announce that the recent North West Building Excellence Awards 2019, they have won a Regional Award for Best Extension or Best Alteration to an existing home.
